1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 77uk ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77uk website located at https://77uk.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet or wager on 77uk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

77uk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2Eligibility

To register and use a 77uk account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77uk is strictly an adult-only platform. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any service on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 77uk or any affiliated platform. Self-excluded players who attempt to re-register violate these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Each account is personal and non-transferable. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are uncertain about the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

3Account Registration

To access the services on 77uk, you must register a single account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

• One account per person, per household, and per device. Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 77uk support immediately.
• 77uk may require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Players must submit valid identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
• Account information including name, date of birth, and contact details must remain accurate at all times. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information are subject to suspension without prior notice.

77uk does not permit the sharing, selling, or transferring of accounts between users. Each account is strictly personal. Any attempt to sell or transfer an account will result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77uk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. 77uk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Players must complete the applicable rollover before requesting cashout of bonus-derived winnings. See Section 5 for full bonus T&C.
• 77uk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are outside 77uk's control.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrect odds being published, 77uk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.

5Bonuses and Promotions

77uk offers various bonus and promotional programmes to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without notice and without replacement.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, live sports betting and live casino games both qualify for most 77uk bonus offers.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the wagering requirement.
• 77uk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, their accumulated progress toward the wagering requirement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

77uk does not permit bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting rollover requirements, or employing automated software to game bonus systems. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-derived funds forfeited.

6Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting markets available on 77uk:

• All game results are final once confirmed by the platform. In the case of live casino games, results are determined by the physical outcome observed in the studio feed. In the case of slots and crash games, results are determined by certified RNG systems.
• For sports betting, settled odds are final. 77uk reserves the right to void bets placed on events that were cancelled, postponed beyond specified timeframes, or affected by manifest errors in odds compilation.
• Players must not use any form of software, algorithm, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to manipulate platform systems. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game's server-side record. 77uk is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Where a disconnection causes a game round to be voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

7Responsible Gaming

77uk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to players seriously. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (7 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Players may set optional session duration reminders that appear as notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77uk. Engaging in any of the listed activities will result in immediate account action, including suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud, including but not limited to: chargebacks on deposits, providing false identification documents, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction of residence.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. 77uk cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
• Collusion between players, including sharing hand information in live card games, coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to disguise your geographic location or to access 77uk from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 77uk staff, live casino dealers, or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email, or in-game chat functions.

77uk employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for unusual activity patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 77uk reserves the right to freeze account balances pending investigation, and to share relevant information with payment processors and authorities as required by applicable law.

9Account Suspension and Termination

77uk may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Voluntary closure requested by the player. Players wishing to close their account should contact support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
• Inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 77uk will attempt to contact the account holder before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant account policy details are available from support on request.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 77uk platform, including but not limited to: the 77uk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 77uk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 77uk intellectual property without express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, Spribe, and NetEnt remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. 77uk licenses this content under commercial agreements and does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77uk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial losses. This limitation applies regardless of whether 77uk was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where applicable consumer protection laws in Bangladesh provide rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

12Privacy

Your use of 77uk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 77uk collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

13Amendments to These Terms

77uk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77uk will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 77uk following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 77uk platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be addressed in writing to our support team at [email protected]. 77uk will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint.
